Who we are
This Privacy Policy describes how ShowCrew Network Tools (“we”, “us”) collects and uses information when you use the Trigga public beta signup and license service at trigga.showtools.tech and related pages on showtools.tech. Trigga is a product of ShowCrew Network Tools.
What we collect
When you request a beta key, we collect the information you submit in the form:
- Full name
- Email address
- Organization / business name
- Business size
- Category (and optional free-text if you choose “Other”)
We may also log your IP address and basic request metadata to help prevent abuse (for example, rate limits on signup). When a license key is issued, that key is linked to your lead record so we can support the beta and manage access.
Email confirmation and license delivery
After you submit the beta form, we email a confirmation link to the address you provided (double opt-in). When you open that link, we issue a time-limited license key and email it to the same address, together with brief activation instructions. We may also email download / installer information separately. We do not display the raw license key on the public signup page.
In-app bug reports and feature requests
If you use Trigga’s Feedback tools (Report a bug / Request a feature), we receive the title and details you write, an optional contact email, and a short diagnostic summary that may include app version, operating system, license phase, a masked license key, machine id, current view, camera count and brands, conference system type, and switcher type. We do not include passwords or the contents of your show file. We use this information to investigate issues and improve the product.
Why we use it
We use this information to:
- Verify your email and provide beta access
- Issue and deliver a license key by email
- Communicate about the beta, download, and related product updates
- Improve the product and understand who is testing it
- Prevent spam, fraud, and other abuse of the signup service
- Review voluntary bug reports and feature requests from the app
Where it is stored
Lead and license data for this beta are stored on our self-hosted servers (a VPS located in the United States). We operate the license service ourselves rather than sending signup data to a third-party form or CRM tool by default.
How long we keep it
We keep beta signup and related license records while the beta program is active and as needed to provide support, enforce license terms, and meet legal obligations. If you want your signup data deleted, email kevin.leslie@showcrew.ae and we will handle the request as soon as reasonably practical (license access may end if the related record is removed).
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with service providers only if needed to run the service (for example, hosting or SMTP email delivery via our mailbox provider such as Hostinger). Today the beta lead store is self-hosted. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, or the integrity of the service.
Cookies and similar technology
The public beta landing and signup pages do not use third-party analytics cookies at this time (no Google Analytics or similar tracking pixels on these pages). Session or local storage may be used for admin login on the /admin area only. The public signup form itself does not set marketing or analytics cookies.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about your beta signup by contacting us at the email below. Depending on where you live (including California and the EU/UK), you may have additional privacy rights under local law. We will respond to reasonable requests as required by applicable law.
Children
The Trigga beta is intended for professional / organizational use and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the beta signup after an update means the revised policy applies to new submissions.
