Agreement
These Terms of Beta Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Trigga beta software, license keys, and related signup service operated by ShowCrew Network Tools (“we”, “us”). By checking the consent box and requesting a beta key, or by installing or using the beta software, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Beta software
Trigga beta is pre-release or evaluation software. Features may change, break, or be withdrawn at any time. The software is provided for testing and feedback. It is not a guaranteed production release.
License key
- Unless we tell you otherwise, a standard beta key is valid for 30 days and allows use on one machine.
- Keys are personal (or for your organization as registered) and non-transferable. Do not sell, share, or publicly redistribute license keys.
- We may revoke or expire keys for abuse, security reasons, or end of the beta program.
No warranty
The beta software and related services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement. You use the beta at your own risk. Do not rely on it as your sole production critical path without your own contingency plan.
Restrictions
Except as allowed by applicable law (including fair use / interoperability exceptions), you may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code beyond what the law permits
- Bypass license checks, machine limits, or other technical controls
- Use the software to violate law or third-party rights
Confidentiality
Beta builds, keys, and non-public documentation are confidential. Do not redistribute the application installer, license keys, or private beta materials publicly (for example, posting keys or private downloads on public forums or file-sharing sites). Feedback you send may be used to improve the product.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the signup or license service (for example, automated mass signup, falsified contact details for abuse, or attempts to disrupt the service). We may refuse or terminate access for misuse.
Third-party hardware and trademarks
Trigga may integrate with third-party systems (cameras, switchers, conference systems, NDI®, and others). Those brands remain the property of their owners. You need your own licensed hardware and vendor software. See the brand and trademark notices on the beta landing page.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShowCrew Network Tools and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption, arising from the beta software or these Terms. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the beta will not exceed USD 50 (or the minimum amount that cannot be limited by law).
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Courts in Dubai, UAE, shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply where you live.
